ALT is a telecom and media device company developing products for top-tier telecom providers. ALT leads the segmented mobile phone markets with MIVE-brand phones.

In 2024, Krossroad acquired majority share in ALT. ALT went public on the KOSDAQ in November 2025.

Investment: 2025 (Buyout)

3S Korea, listed on the KOSDAQ, is the only company in Korea with proprietary technology for wafer shipping boxes, trusted by leading semiconductor manufacturers.

In 2005, Krossroad acquired a controlling stake and has been actively executing value enhancement strategies.

Lumax develops precision pressure sensors and data systems for aerospace applications.

In 2016, HES Capital executed a strategic investment to acquire a controlling stake as the majority shareholder.

TWIM

Investment: 2017 (Significant Minority)

Exited (IPO)

Twim provides AI inspection solutions leveraging deep learning-based computer vision technology.

In 2017, HES Capital became the second largest shareholder and Twim successfully went public on the KOSDAQ in 2021.

RION

Rion specializes in developing high-performance membranes for CMP process in semiconductors.

In 2018, HES Capital acquired Rion and secured management stability through corporate restructuring.

Plateer provides comprehensive solutions for the operation and management of

e-Commerce platforms.

Following its investment in 2019, HES Capital successfully executed a merger, leading to IPO on the KOSDAQ in 2021.
