Youngsoo is an Executive Director and Partner at Krossroad Partners. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and is a Board Member.

Youngsoo brings over 15 years of investment expertise to the table, specializing in identifying investment opportunities and delivering critical portfolio management insights.

Prior to joining Krossroad, Youngsoo was with Q Capital Partners and Ubiquoss Investment, where he sourced, executed and exited numerous investments in high value industries. He also spent his career at National Pension Service Investment Management (Korea) as a private equity portfolio manager. He started his career in M&A Advisory at PwC Korea.
