Mr. Youngmin Bang is the auditor of Krossroad Partners. He has held various leadership roles at the financial subsidiaries of Samsung Group including head of the IB Division at Samsung Securities, where he completed countless deals in domestic and overseas.

Prior to work as an investment banker at Samsung Securities, he started his professional career at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) where he planned and reviewed financial policies. He also held roles at the Office of the President (Republic of Korea) as the Executive Official in Economic Affairs and later Chief of Planning and Coordination Division at MOFE's Economic Communications Planning Group.
