Woosok is the Co-Founder and partner at Krossroad Partners. He is also a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and the Board.

Along with being one of the influential voices of investment and funding for the Firm, Woosok oversees implementations of the Firm’s long-term strategy. 

Woosok has over 14 years of experience as an investment advisor and strategic investor. Before Krossroad, Woosok was in Corporate Strategy at Dong-A Socio Group, one of the leading healthcare groups in Korea. His main focus was identifying, reviewing and executing investment opportunities as well as implementing post-merger integration plans. Woosok's professional journey began at KPMG, where as an M&A advisor, he delivered valuable investment advisories to both Korean conglomerates and multinational corporations.
