Wooseok is a director at Krossroad Partners. He has over 12 years of M&A advisory, investment and portfolio management experience spanning over various industries.

He started his professional career as an auditor at PwC Korea and also was an Associate at PwC's Global Corporate Finance where he led financial due diligence projects on behalf of buy and sell-side clientele. Wooseok honed his investment acumen at Q Capital Partners, Ubiquoss Investment and Shinhan Capital, where he leveraged his earlier experience to enhance investment strategies and portfolio value.
