Junha has built deep industrial insight on IT Services, Artificial Intelligence with enterprise software, and blockchain.

Prior to Krossroad, he gained experience at Kingsley Ventures investing in the early stages with follow-up management finding product market fit.

Junha served as an investment banker for the first career at JP Morgan Japan, where he gathered business requirements and provided financial valuations including optimizing the target price of potential candidates.

After that, he joined financial advisor for Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC Japan. He took a leading role to support M&A processes including business due diligence and financial structuring from pre-M&A to post-merger integration.
