Krossroad is spearheaded by Hyosang’s strategy and directions as he leads through each stage of the investment. With a background spanning over 20 years in various investment sectors, Hyosang's expertise is unparalleled. Before establishing Krossroad, he was at the helm of HES Capital Partners as Co-founder and Co-CEO. Under his leadership, HES Capital Partners thrived across multiple industries—consumer materials, aerospace, technology, and software solutions—successfully managing investments totaling USD 130 million and achieving significant exits for investors through IPOs and M&As.

Hyosang's career began at Samsung Securities, where he made his mark in investment banking and global equity sales. His role in major M&A and IPO projects laid the foundation for his impact in his leadership role at Krossroad.
