Hoseok is Krossroad Partners' legal counsel, overseeing the legal and compliance issues of the Firm and its portfolio companies, along with being the advisor on investment approaches based on his extensive network within the venture community.

He is also practicing at Seum Law as co-founder and managing partner. At Seum, his practice focuses on corporate law, capital financing, M&A and securities, representing both public and private companies in various sectors including software, hardware, IT, blockchain/cryptocurrency, startup incubation and fintech. Hoseok is a leading legal advisor in respect to startup/high-growth companies and private equity/venture capital funds within Korea. Hoseok also spent many years at one of Korea’s leading law firms, where he represented and advised Korean and multinational corporations.
