Mr. Haknam Meng serves as Krossroad's outside director and senior advisor, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the financial and investment sectors.

Mr. Meng spent more than 15 years in the Investment Banking Division at Samsung Securities. He later served as CFO at Meritz Securities and Meritz Capital. Currently, he is the CEO of Big Tree Investment Management.

He holds an MS from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Public Administration from Yonsei University.
